At the Fascia Retreat we are as passionate about the food we provide as the classes that we teach and the environment we live in. We want our guests to have a complete fascia experience and for that we must eat well.
The food we eat and our environment provide nutrients to our fascial tissue and this in turn provides nutrients to our cells and organs.
At The Fascia Retreat we want to highlight how looking at our diets and our food habits can keep our fascia healthy.
We have a highly experienced nutritionist, who has studied all the research we can source on which foods and supplements are good for our fascial health. She has designed menus that use the best local seasonally sourced ingredients.
We provide three well balanced meals a day, full of variety and colour. A large breakfast, a substantial lunch and lighter supper, plus nutritious, delicious treats, snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic, you are welcome to bring your own alcohol). All dietary needs can be catered for however you must advise us beforehand. We aim to provide a food experience that may challenge or change your dietary habits.
The Fascia Retreat also includes talks and workshops on why we have chosen our ingredients, how to prepare fascia friendly foods and demonstrations on what happens to certain foods when digested or how our bodies react to taking supplements. These sessions are very interactive and we are always happy to listen to our guests as well as share our own experiences.
Maximum STARS on all counts. DELICIOUS!
