What People have been saying about our last retreat
https://stmarksstays.co.uk/what-is-fascia/
I've never been on a retreat before so had few expectations but I had a fabulous time and enjoyed all you had on offer. I don't see how you could improve as I think you all played to your strengths.
I just loved the fascial friendly food, it was great to make this the basis of it all. Maximum STARS on all counts. DELICIOUS! I have made many peoples' mouths water with my descriptions of it.
I really enjoyed our being informed about the impact our food had on our fascia and found the wee sticks entertaining as well as informative.
The Fermentation afternoon was a revelation for me. So useful and the practical demonstration with flour/gluten was most instructive.
I really enjoyed the variety and quality of the fascia focused classes, and could do them all,Brilliant!
The talks and demonstrations were marvellous I loved hearing Tracey talk about her plastination work and was just totally fascinated looking at her book of photographs. It brought back vivid memories of reading and hearing about the London exhibition and made me wish I had gone to it
I enjoyed the essential oil and making my own room spray. A low key and lasting session
The variety played to your individual strengths and were interesting and stimulating and showed how knowledgeable you are on your subjects.
Overall - Great. Beyond anything imaginable.
I felt I had been away from home for a fortnight or a month.
The team set up such a focused and contained atmosphere. For me it was a sheer delight from start to finish. I congratulate the team on its meticulous preparation. And there was an atmosphere of care, affection, love and inclusiveness.
The Yin Yoga sessions were new to me and I enjoyed them immensely.
I count myself so fortunate to have been a guinea pig for this event.
It could not have been better.
Our extreme cathartic response to the second reading of our poem at the end was just what we needed.
In Summary - I have never actually sat down and tried to write down how ."paradise" might seem to me - but this retreat was probably how it would come out.
Physically, mentally,spiritually inspiring and invigorating
Full of fascinating and helpful information; stretching, in every sense of the word; illuminating; satisfying curiosity; opening up new avenues for exploration.
